Dear
Joan,
It's nearly impossible to open a newspaper, turn on the TV, or surf the web
without coming across a doom-and-gloom story about the economy and the financial
markets. While there is no doubt we are in a rough spot, it's
important to keep the long-term in perspective. Having been in
the financial services industry for over 26 years, I've seen this kind
of thing before: Slow growth, inflationary pressures, scandal in some
financial market, week corporate profits, plunging consumer confidence and
critical elections.
Some financial advisors want to take a low profile during trying times;
keeping their client contact to a minimum. Not
me!
I want to talk about options and opportunities. Only by building a
relationship with you as your trusted advisor can we both succeed over
time.
Here's to peace of mind and accomplishment in the rest of 2008!
